Content Responsibility

Explains who prepares the menu information published through QOREMENU and who is responsible for that content.

Last updated: May 28, 2026

1. Who prepares the menu content?

Item names, descriptions, prices, images, ingredients, allergen information, alcohol/pork-derivative markers and energy values published through QOREMENU are provided by the relevant business.

That information is displayed under the business's own name, trade name and instructions. QOREMENU technically publishes the content entered by the business across the digital menu, QR access and printable output flows.

2. The business is responsible for food information

Under the Turkish Food Codex and related consumer-information rules, food information shown in a menu remains the responsibility of the food business operator that offers the food under its own name or trade name.

Keeping product ingredients, allergens, calorie values, prices and special warnings accurate, current and compliant is therefore the responsibility of the relevant business.

3. QOREMENU's position

QOREMENU is the technical infrastructure that enables a menu to be published digitally and reused for QR table cards or printable menu exports from the same content source.

QOREMENU does not place food on the market, does not create product recipes and does not act as an authority that pre-approves the accuracy of menu content entered by businesses.

4. Reporting incorrect content

If you notice content in a menu that you believe is incorrect, incomplete or unlawful, you can report it to [email protected].

Reports are reviewed together with the relevant business; where needed, the content is corrected, updated or removed from publication.
