1. Who runs this menu?
The business whose menu you are viewing is the data controller. The menu platform is provided by QOREMENU (ECTROVA), which acts as data processor.
2. What data is processed?
Preferences: language, theme and view choices saved in your browser.
Cart: items, quantities and notes kept on your device so you can track your order.
Technical: IP, browser/device type and page views — anonymously, only with analytics consent.
3. Why is it processed?
To show you the menu in the right language and theme.
To let you complete cart and order flows.
To help the venue improve the menu experience (only with your consent, anonymously).
4. Legal basis
GDPR art. 6 and equivalent KVKK provisions: contract performance, legitimate interest and explicit consent. Analytics and marketing cookies only run with your consent.
5. Retention
Preferences and cart data are stored locally in your browser; you can clear them anytime from your browser settings.
Analytics data is anonymised or deleted after at most 14 months.
6. Third parties
Data is shared in limited scope with hosting and analytics providers. No personal data is sold.
7. Your rights
