QOREMENU is a QR menu platform developed and operated by ECTROVA, who acts as data controller under this policy. Contact: info@ectrova.com.
2. Data we collect
Account and panel usage: email, name, phone, business information.
Menu content: items, categories, prices, images and language data.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device data, page views (only when analytics consent is granted).
Cookie data: language and theme preferences, tenant context, consent record.
3. Purposes
Delivering the menu and panel service, account management and support.
Improving service quality through anonymous usage analytics (consent-based).
Compliance with legal obligations and security audits.
4. Legal basis
GDPR art. 6 and equivalent KVKK provisions: contract performance, legitimate interest, and explicit consent. Analytics and marketing cookies only run with explicit consent.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active and then archived for the statutory retention period (typically 10 years).
Analytics data is anonymised or deleted after at most 14 months.
6. Third parties
Your data may be shared, in limited scope, with hosting providers, payment infrastructure and analytics vendors. We never sell personal data or hand it over for third-party marketing.
